The incidences will not bear associated costs of delivery and collection, as long as the product is under warranty (see conditions).

Transportation for incidents

 

Collection and delivery costs for equipment incidents no cost during the first 6 months from the purchase of the product.

From the sixth month of the purchase, the collection and delivery costs are assumed by the client. You can consult any information about it in our customer service (attclientes@cavanova.com). These expenses vary according to zip code and product volume.

All the incidents within guarantee (2 years), will be communicated through the SAT Logman filling in the form Within a maximum period of 24h-48h, after verifying that the product is under warranty, Logman will inform the customer to which SAT the equipment must carry *.

If the equipment is not under warranty (2 years), the cost of repair, collection and delivery costs will be communicated.

* Below are the products you can transport in your private vehicle, to the nearest repair point that the SAT indicates.
