Guarantee

 

Please read the following very important points for a correct product guarantee:

Check the merchandise within 24 hours of delivery.

In the event of receiving the merchandise with damages/defects caused by transport, you must add "pending review" to the delivery note and you have a period of 24 hours to make the claim. After this time the transport agency is not responsible for the damage, this will imply that Cavanova Wine cannot process the replacement.

CAVANOVA guarantees that the equipment purchased will be covered by a a lawful of 6 months for companies or 3 years for individuals. This warranty applies only to equipment purchased and does not cover any damage caused by customer misuse or neglect of the equipment.

Claim procedure: If the customer discovers any defect in the equipment within the warranty period, he must immediately notify CAVANOVA and provide details of the defect. CAVANOVA will investigate the claim and, if the defect is found to be covered by warranty, will repair the equipment free of charge.

Once the first 6 months of the purchase have passed, the collection and delivery of the equipment to be repaired at our facilities will be charged. These expenses vary according to zip code and volume of product.

Warranty exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, acts of third parties, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, improper maintenance. Glass breakage or power surge is NOT covered by the warranty. Spare parts are exempt from warranty.

CAVANOVA guarantees that the repaired equipment will be covered by a six-month legal guarantee, both for companies and individuals. This warranty applies only to repaired equipment and does not cover any damage caused by customer misuse or neglect of the equipment.
